## About the role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations is responsible for driving operational strategy for our Enterprise Sales organization from pipeline (Sales Development) through to close. This person will think holistically about our Enterprise sales segment, spearhead cross-functional projects, and optimize our business workflows. Your key stakeholders will be the Directors & SVPs of Enterprise Sales Development and Enterprise Sales.

## What they're looking for

- Oversee daily operations of and drive efficiencies within the Sales Operations functions including, KPI reporting, forecasting, capacity management, account assignment, and month-end close
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the holistic Enterprise portfolio including key account engagement, automation & tooling, territory management, annual planning, etc
- Partner closely with our Sales Development and Sales leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations
- Develop strategic initiatives and execution plans to improve Enterprise full-cycle sales performance
- Collaborate with peers across Sales, RevOps, Finance, & Marketing to deliver insights and partner on large-scale projects or analysis
- Operate in a hands-on manner to dive deep on analysis or systems, recognize hot spots, and develop solutions to ensure high quality results and improve decision making
