## About the role

Sesame is building a complex & compact wearable machine perception system requiring custom electronics, sensors, mechanical parts, and test/assembly fixtures. We need a patient, skilled, and proactive Electrical Engineering technician to assemble, debug, and maintain prototypes and evaluation systems, along with the vendors and equipment required to produce them.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics or a related field
- Mastery of soldering and reflow techniques for fine-pitch components (down to 01005/QFN/BGA 300 µm pitch
- Understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Comfort and skill in selecting, operating, and maintaining benchtop electrical test equipment
- Experience executing test plans for testing electrical systems
- Basic understanding of firmware or software test scripts
