## What they're looking for

- Build systems that streamline the parsing, standardization, and movement of complex financial data
- Deliver client-facing and high-impact features, including responsible use of AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows while maintaining quality and compliance
- Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Leadership to shape our roadmap, working directly with your Tech Lead and having access to the C-Suite
- Invest in internal user experience: build and refine tooling that keeps the team productive and velocity high
- Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, validate client expectations, and ensure impactful delivery
