## About the role

We're hiring an Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. You'll own the health of our CRM, keep our pipeline and forecasting data clean and trustworthy, and support the day-to-day business operations that keep our team running efficiently. This role reports to our Operations Manager and sits at the intersection of systems, data, and process — you'll have a direct impact on how we operate and scale.

## What they're looking for

- Hands-on HubSpot experience — you've administered it before, not just used it, you know your way around workflows, custom properties, pipeline configuration, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience maintaining CRM hygiene and managing pipeline and forecasting data with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong operational instincts — you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling both systems work and general ops tasks
- Clear communicator who can work effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment
- Nice to have: SQL or data analytics experience, comfort building reports from raw data
