## About the role

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for caregivers throughout their CareLinx journey after onboarding. You will build trusted relationships with caregivers, helping them identify opportunities that align with their skills, availability, and preferences while matching them with members who need care.

- At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and support potential and current caregivers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
