## About the role

Sharecare is hiring a Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Sharecare and AskMD, our personal health guide that helps people go from “What’s wrong?” to “What do I do about it.” This is one role that blends two skill sets: you own the day-to-day strategy and operations of our social channels, and you are hands-on creative who can shape, produce, and when it helps, appear in the content itself.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years managing brand or creator social channels, with a track record of audience and engagement growth
- Hands-on creative skills: you can concept, shoot, and edit short-form video, and you are comfortable on voice or camera when the content needs it
- Experienced with or open to AI-assisted production tools
- Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube: formats, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
- A strong sense of story and voice, with a sharp eye for brand consistency
- Strong project management skills, comfortable coordinating talent, and contributors on tight timelines
