## About the role

We’re seeking a p art-time, fixed-term attorney to support the US marketing team in our LA office. Working under the supervision of the US Legal regulatory compliance lead, they will help build regular legal processes to enhance marketing compliance. They will also provide day-to-day legal review and advice on advertising, promotions, sweepstakes, contests, games, marketing messages, and related consumer-facing campaigns.

## What they're looking for

- Conduct legal research and prepare concise written analyses on federal and state marketing-compliance questions, as directed by the supervising attorney
- Review marketing and advertising materials for regulatory compliance
- Draft and review rules and disclosures for sweepstakes, contests, and games
- Manage compliance requirements for sweepstakes
- Review influencer and endorsement arrangements and contracts
- Counsel on marketing communications compliance: TCPA (SMS/calling), CAN-SPAM (email), and telemarketing rules
