## About the role

The Associate Systems Administrator provides day-to-day enterprise end-user IT support, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, and asset lifecycle support. This role is responsible for helping maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment by delivering white-glove technical support to employees, with particular focus on executive users, executive assistants, board-facing support needs, and visiting leaders.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, exposure to Linux is a plus
- Basic experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity management platforms
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills
