## About the role

We're looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to be genuinely close to the business - not sitting on the sidelines running the process, but in the room helping leaders make good calls about their people. You'll own client groups across Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Accounting, which means you're the go-to HR partner for a set of leaders who need someone practical, trustworthy, and sharp about people issues.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of HRBP or related HR experience
- Hands-on experience with employee relations, performance management, and supporting leaders through organizational change
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices
- Comfort using HR systems and people data to spot trends and drive recommendations
- Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills - you'll be trusted with sensitive situations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
