## About the role

We're looking for a VP, Controller to lead our accounting organization - the person who owns the numbers, end to end. There's an established team and established processes already in place, so this isn't a build-it-from-scratch job. What we need is someone who can run that engine well, tighten it up where it's loose, and push it toward the next level of speed and scale.

## What they're looking for

- CPA required
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful senior leadership experience managing through directors/managers - not just individual contributors
- Deep technical accounting and US GAAP knowledge, paired with hands-on operational experience owning financial reporting, close, controls, and audit for a full accounting function
- Genuine openness to using AI in accounting workflows
- A proven track record improving processes, controls, and systems at scale, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong ERP experience
