## About the role

You will be responsible for managing staff, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper departmental operation. You will have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion & success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable the company to hit revenue goals. This role reports to the Senior Operations Manager , Fulfillment Operations. The backup for this role is the Senior Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

## What they're looking for

- Direct several operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting
- Ensure that we meet and exceed our merchant’s expectations
- Manage performance KPIs, identify and track key metrics and plan continuous improvement efforts for your facility
- Use data driven reports and analyses to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Hire, train, coach and motivate team members in your facility, you will be responsible for setting the team’s goals and managing them
- Establish, follow and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements
