- 6-10 years of experience: In personal shopping, luxury retail, or a closely related client-facing role serving VIC clients
- Experience managing a book of business: Proven success managing relationships with discerning, high-spending clients in women's luxury apparel or fashion
- Background at a major retailer or luxury brand: Experience in a personal shopping or client styling capacity
