## About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team at Showpad. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to executives and business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to execute and continuously improve people programs. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the business — serving as a trusted advisor on all people matters that intersect with business performance.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to organizational outcomes
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and legal grounding
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the US and EMEA
- Experience executing People programs (merit cycles, performance management, engagement surveys, etc.) with high attention to detail
