## About the role

• As Head of Adjacent Ventures, you will be accountable for delivering significant long-term revenue growth for Customer Services by identifying, building and scaling businesses beyond the core portfolio through strategic partnerships, venture development and mergers & acquisitions.

## What they're looking for

- You have a proven track record of identifying, building and scaling new businesses, partnerships or adjacent growth opportunities that have delivered measurable commercial impact
- You have experience developing executive-level business cases, evaluating investments and making strategic portfolio decisions based on market opportunity, customer value and financial performance
- You have experience leading complex global initiatives across highly matrixed organizations, successfully influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- You have a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, venture development and commercialization, including commercial due diligence and post-investment value creation
- You possess strong financial, analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with experience translating market insights into executable growth strategies
- Experience in management consulting, venture capital, corporate venture capital or startup ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
