## About the role

The Sigma Partnerships team is hiring a Senior Partner Account Manager in our London office to support Sigma's continued growth across EMEA. This role will strategically own a portfolio of System Integrator (SI) Partners and will report to GTM leadership within the partner team. This role will drive the growth and success of Sigma across EMEA and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure success.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of partner management experience in enterprise SaaS, or equivalent experience leading at a professional services organization
- Strong sales instincts and genuine curiosity, always digging deeper to find new ways to partner effectively and differentiate Sigma to generate new opportunities
- A collaborative team player with a track record of supporting, working with, and winning alongside both internal and external teams
- Deep experience building executive relationships within partner organizations
- Genuine interest in the Modern Data Stack and cloud ecosystem
- Flexible and dynamic, with a builder's mentality suited to a fast-paced, start-up environment
