## About the role

The IT Business Systems team is looking for a Director of Enterprise Architecture, Automation and Integration (EAAI). Reporting directly to the CIO, this role serves as the strategic fabric connecting our business processes with our technology execution. Operating horizontally alongside Go-to-Market Systems and Financial Systems, the Director, EAAI will lead the team that ensures our enterprise application ecosystem remains cohesive, agile, and secure.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, Automation, or Business Technology, ideally in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment
- 5+ years of managing and directing high-performing technical teams and managers of various levels
- Proven track record of designing and managing complex, cross-functional data integration pipelines (such as Lead-to-Cash and Usage-to-Billing)
- Strong understanding of front-office and back-office application ecosystems, including platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Coupa
- Deep experience in writing, defining, and enforcing governance policies, architectural guardrails, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOX)
