## About the role

The EHS&S Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental, health, safety, Process Safety and sustainability at our Moses Lake facility which includes research, battery operations, development tools, and manufacturing.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EHS&S with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety and Occupational Health or a relevant technical discipline or work experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership, listening, communication, and analytical skills with an affinity for mentoring and developing others, and for change-management
- Proven track record of driving engagement across an organization related to safety and health
- Experience with industrial workplace hazards, corresponding programs, hazardous materials, and challenges with scaling processes and designing new tools
- High volume manufacturing experience in semiconductor, PV, chemical industry, batteries or similar is preferred
