The starting base pay for this role is between $159,000 and $201,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila’s competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

## What they're looking for

- Interface with plant personnel to ensure the necessary programs, systems and data collection are in place to support regulatory requirements
- Provide environmental requirements into project plans to ensure projects comply as well as be an active project member to audit progress, sign off on final design and perform field verification
- Manage industrial wastewater testing and permit compliance for Department of Ecology (Washington) and East Bay Municipal Utility District (California)
- Manage stormwater compliance for the Department of Ecology (Washington) and State Water Resources Control Board (California)
- Manage hazardous waste programs, including vendor support, waste characterization, storage, disposal, auditing, and record-keeping
- Reporting: prepare annual CERS submission, prepare waste reports, collect air permit required data and information for annual submission to BAAQMD & Department of Ecology
