## About the role

We’re hiring our first in-house Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, go-to-market, and operations. You’ll be both a strategic partner and a hands-on sourcer, building pipelines, closing top talent, and shaping the processes that will scale our team from 30 to 50+ people. In this role, you’ll shape our talent narrative, design scalable processes, and build a brand that consistently attracts top performers. Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation across all functions and roles.
