## What they're looking for

- Exceptional creative taste and a point of view: You have a strong instinct for what is original and emotionally true, and a track record of work that reflects it. We will care more about this than your years of experience
- A portfolio you can show: Published or produced work, ideally including pieces you ghostwrote or shaped in someone else's voice. We will read and watch it closely
- Ability to find the truth inside a technical subject: You can locate the emotional or cultural truth inside complex, technical work and communicate it without reaching for clichés
- Creative courage: You are willing to challenge familiar conventions and pursue new playbooks rather than defaulting to what B2B brands usually do
- Comfort in ambiguity at early stage: Experience doing this work without an established playbook, ideally where you built the system rather than inherited it
