## About the role

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to work directly with customers and help turn Simple’s voice AI platform into production-ready agents for each business. This is a highly technical and highly customer-facing role. You will work across pre-sales and post-sales: building custom demos for prospective customers, understanding customer workflows, deploying agents, debugging edge cases, improving performance, and turning customer feedback into product improvements.
