## What they're looking for

- Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals. Partner with Account Executives or Account Managers from discovery through close on Simpplr's AI Work Platform, AI Intranet, AI Search, and AI Agents
- Run technical discovery that goes past "what tools do you use" into how a customer's HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams, and knowledge systems actually connect and then map that to a real solution architecture
- Design and deliver live, tailored demos and proof-of-concept builds that show AI Agents automating real workflows, not canned scripts
- Architect and prototype agentic workflows and integrations, wiring Simpplr's AI Agents into customer systems via APIs and MCP tool connections to prove value before contracts are signed
- Lead and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, translating architecture into procurement ready answers
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and arm sales with sharp, technically credible positioning
