## About the role

Own inbound lead flow: capture, deduplicate, enrich, and route leads so nothing falls through Build and maintain lead scoring and segmentation rules, then refine them as we learn what converts

## What they're looking for

- You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- You've worked with CRM, automation, or analytics tooling, whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, or similar
- You're comfortable with spreadsheets at a serious level, and you know some SQL or Python or want to learn
- You think in systems: you'd rather build the process once than do the task ten times
- You're data-informed and understand the basics of funnels and attribution
- You're detail-oriented, because bad data quietly breaks everything downstream
