## About the role

Platform Engineering Leadership - Lead the Platform Engineering organization responsible for developer infrastructure, CI/CD systems, release engineering, internal cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and engineering productivity tooling. Infrastructure & Core Services Ownership - Own and operate core infrastructure services including identity and access management (Keycloak, FreeIPA), VPN and secure remote access systems, NetBox/IPAM, internal DNS, and cloud networking infrastructure.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related technical disciplines, including 5+ years leading engineering or infrastructure organizations
- Proven experience designing, operating, and scaling internal engineering platforms and infrastructure services in complex multi-cloud environments
- Strong technical expertise across:
- Multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- CI/CD and release engineering systems
- Infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
