## About the role

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on User Acquisition with product innovation. You'll own end-to-end UA for a portfolio of customers while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to build AI agents and automation that redefine how performance marketing is executed. Your day will be split between operating campaigns, advising customers, and helping design the tools that will eventually automate much of the work you do today.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on mobile User Acquisition experience
- Proven experience owning the entire UA lifecycle, from strategy through execution and reporting
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets across multiple acquisition channels
- Deep expertise with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other performance marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and mobile measurement
- Comfortable presenting to customers and acting as a strategic advisor
