## About the role

As an electrical engineer you will own the design, manufacturing, and integration of the electronics that power our next-generation ground support equipment for air defense platforms. You will have an opportunity for significant system ownership and to be a key contributor to design and architecture. You’ll work closely with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver the best in-class electronic systems. ## What they're looking for

- Own the design and manufacturing processes for custom harnesses for vehicle platforms
- Support design of embedded vehicle systems including power, compute, sensing, actuation, and communication subsystems
- Act as the primary point of contact for any manufacturing issues on electrical assemblies
- Determine layer stackup, perform component package selection, component placement, routing feasibility studies, and signal routing of digital, analog, RF, and power conversion of printed circuit boards (PCB)
- Create and release documentation for fabrication of PCBs
- Own schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, and design review
