## About the role

We're looking for a hands-on engineering lead who has strong AI-enabled development experience, run an AI-enabled software development lifecycle, and led a small team to ship distributed systems in production. You've operated across the stack, owned services from architecture through deployment, and know how to move fast without breaking the discipline that keeps complex systems reliable.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years building production software as a full-stack engineer, including experience leading projects or a small team
- AI-enabled development: Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools and agents into a real development workflow, and managing an AI-augmented software development process end to end
- Process design: Demonstrated track record designing and running SDLC practices — version control, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing — that help a team ship faster, not slower
- Team leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers
- Distributed systems depth: Demonstrated history of designing, deploying, and scaling distributed systems on AWS (or GCP/Azure). Strong grasp of the fundamentals
- Full-stack range: Comfortable owning both backend services and front-end experiences
