## About the role

This is not a product-maintenance role. It is a role defined by urgency, ownership, and consequence. We build and deliver a physical product to customers' homes. It is filled with their blood, processed by laboratories under regulatory scrutiny, and returned as a result on which they will base real health decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in product, marketing, or operations — ideally physical, regulated, fast-moving settings like healthcare, biotech, or DTC hardware
- Comfortable owning both physical and digital product surfaces, and making decisions from operational data
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability as priorities and conditions change rapidly
- Excellent communicator who moves cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority
- Familiarity with CLIA/CAP, HIPAA, and lab compliance standards — or the ability to master them quickly
- Founder or early-employee experience is a plus
