## About the role

You will be hands on designing and building the first of its kind home testing system. This person will directly own key parts of the system, with a wide scope to have an impact. You will work closely with the production teams to create systems that are elegant to use, but also manufacturable at scale.

## What they're looking for

- Deep knowledge of the challenges of scaling products from prototype to high volume production
- Real experience working with pilot and full volume production systems, implementing quality controls and maximizing the product’s quality and yield
- Excellent knowledge of injection molding design, including tolerance studies
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, including ultrasonic welding, laser welding, clip design and adhesives
- Creative problem solver
- Expert MCAD user
