## About the role

This is not a process-maintenance role. It is a role defined by urgency, ownership, and consequence. We ship a physical product to customers' homes. It is filled with their blood, processed by laboratories under regulatory scrutiny, and returned as a result on which they will base real health decisions. When any link in that chain fails (a delayed shipment, a missed laboratory turnaround, a defective batch of kits), resolving it is your responsibility, and anticipating it is your mandate.

## What they're looking for

- Treat customer support as the front line of the business, equipping agents with the tools, guidance, and authority to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure replacements and troubleshooting are prompt and clearly communicated, so customers never have to follow up
- 3+ years in product management, operations, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in a physical, regulated, and fast-moving environment such as healthcare, biotech, hardware, or high-growth direct-to-consumer
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, laboratories, and logistics partners to a high standard of performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt as priorities and conditions change rapidly
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of moving cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority
