## About the role

Build and automate GTM data flows end to end. Turn scoped requirements into triggers and pipelines that source, enrich, and sync data across tools we leverage so that our team can move even faster. You’ll capture the digital signals that enable sellers to focus their efforts on the right accounts. Own the GTM data layer. Ensure the data that enters our source of truth systems (CRM, data warehouse) is clean, deduplicated, and trustworthy. Maintain field definitions, integrations, and sync logic.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, and/or GTM engineering
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, API integrations, and/or ETL workflows
- Comfort working with CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) and its messiness
- Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Freckle.io , and/or Deepline
- A track record of taking a spec from someone else and shipping it reliably, on time, and with strong judgment on edge cases that require accounting for
