The Facility Manager, Production is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient production test floor, ensuring maximum uptime and full facility readiness to support continuous testing operations. This role oversees building infrastructure, environmental controls, and the critical utilities required to support test equipment and production processes. ## What they're looking for

- BSc in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within semiconductor, MEMS, electronics manufacturing, or other high-tech production environments
- Strong knowledge of building infrastructure and critical utilities, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, compressed air, vacuum, gas delivery, and environmental control systems
- Experience supporting production test equipment infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, airflow, and floor layout planning
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs, work-order management systems, and facility reliability practices
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment utility specifications, and facility layout plans
