## About the role

The Principal Product Validation Engineer will lead and contribute to productization of SiTime’s revolutionary timing devices. In this highly visible role, we are looking for passionate, self-starters who can work cross-functionally to ensure system-level performance of our products and help solve the world’s toughest timing problems. ## What they're looking for

- MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered
- 10+ years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices
- Experience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans
- Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required
- Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python
