## About the role

The Principal Test Engineer is responsible for the development of production test solutions for SiTime’s precision timing products. We are looking for a highly motivated hands-on individual to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop highly optimized test solutions enabling SiTime’s game-changing timing products. ## What they're looking for

- Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs. Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-88 or UltraFLEX preferred but not required
- Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level troubleshooting and debug
- Ability to analyze and interpret test data, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation
