Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this senior individual contributor will develop and execute programs across media, customers, partners, employees and social media. The role will help communicate SiTime’s technology leadership, innovation and customer impact while creating repeatable programs that can scale with the company. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism and/or content strategy
- A record of building or expanding communications programs and delivering measurable outcomes, not simply executing established plans
- Strong media relations experience, including success developing proactive stories and securing coverage with new outlets
- Experience developing customer stories, partner communications, speaking programs or other stakeholder-focused initiatives
- Experience in semiconductors, enterprise technology, infrastructure, AI, networking or another technically complex industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and pitching skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear and relevant narratives
