## About the role

The Senior Manager of NPI is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end product introduction lifecycle for multiple product families, from development handoff through volume production. This role owns NPI execution strategy, builds and leads a high‑performing NPI organization, and partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure predictable, scalable, and high‑quality product launches. - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or operations engineering in semiconductor or complex hardware environments

- Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products into volume production
