## About the role

SK hynix America is rapidly expanding its AI and advanced technology portfolio and is building several new Tech/AI organizations from the ground up. We are seeking a strategic Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the talent acquisition engine for this critical initiative. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sourcing and hiring strategy for specialized semiconductor roles, acting as a primary partner of our new technical teams.

## What they're looking for

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring senior technical talent
- Proven track record recruiting for specialized technical roles in AI/ML, semiconductor, hardware, systems engineering, or other deep-tech/high-tech environments
- Experience partnering with senior hiring managers, executives, and technical leaders to define hiring strategies and close high-impact candidates
- Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing, market mapping, referral generation, and engagement of passive candidates
