## About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting and research, etc.. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization meets its federal, state, and local tax obligations while optimizing its overall tax position, and primarily focuses on complex consolidated tax returns, including the management of intricate tax-sharing agreements and the reconciliation of various tax attributes across affiliates.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s in Taxation (MST) is highly preferred
- Certification: CPA is highly preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate tax within public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier) or a multinational corporate tax department
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in IAS 12 (IFRS) or a deep understanding of ASC 740 with the ability to bridge to IFRS
- Expertise in consolidated tax return regulations and intercompany tax accounting
