- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education is allowed
- 5-8 Years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, Commercial/Industrial Building Systems, Mechanical Maintenance, Structural Maintenance, Government Facilities Maintenance
- Certification as a Maintenance Manager (CMM), Reliability Leader (CRL), or Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is preferred . CMM obtainment within first year is required
- Prior trade experience in mechanical, plumbing, and/or structural is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding in Contract Management, Operational Excellence, and Change Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
