## About the role

Tessera is seeking a Production Control Scheduler to join the Auburn, Washington Manufacturing team. The Production Control Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production schedules that support customer delivery commitments while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. This position coordinates with customer service, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure materials, capacity, and resources are aligned to meet production requirements.

## What they're looking for

- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 5 – 8 years of previous Aerospace experience is required
- Combination of previous experience and education will be considered
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties
- Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required
