## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our aerospace manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for facility infrastructure, building systems, maintenance programs, utilities, contractors, workplace services, and facility improvement projects that support manufacturing operations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 7+ years of facilities, plant engineering, construction, or building operations experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience leading facility operations, projects, vendors, or technical teams
- Strong working knowledge of industrial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems
- Experience supporting active manufacturing operations where facility downtime can directly affect production
- Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work-order systems
