## About the role

We're looking for a Lead GTM Platform Engineer / Architect to lead the design and development of the Skydio GTM platform. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role. We believe the best architects are builders, people who can design elegant systems, write production-quality code, prototype quickly, and mentor other engineers through technical leadership.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications or platform products
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
- Strong experience with TypeScript or another modern programming language
- Experience building production-grade software using modern software engineering practices
- Strong computer science fundamentals including distributed systems, APIs, object-oriented design, concurrency, and system design
- Experience designing REST APIs and integrating enterprise SaaS platforms
