## About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-facing Solution Architect to join our EMEA Field Engineering team, based in the United Kingdom. This is a senior, dual-track role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic field enablement. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our Sales Engineering (SE) community — bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and real-world customer needs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or equivalent pre-sales/field engineering role
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver structured training programmes, workshops, or enablement content at scale
- Track record of presenting at industry events, webinars, or customer roundtables
- Experience collecting and synthesising customer feedback and translating it into actionable product or roadmap input
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English — capable of engaging C-level executives and hands-on engineers equally
- Ability to work autonomously in a geographically distributed team while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
