## What they're looking for

- Drive accessibility for Slack Kit Compose components — audit and fix issues, and build/maintain snapshot and automated a11y testing
- Diagnose and fix TalkBack/framework issues and generalize fixes into shared utilities other teams can adopt
- Own and evolve Android a11y test suites and infrastructure, including custom tooling and third-party integrations for automated UI-test coverage
- Provide accessibility guidance to feature teams on complex UI work — labeling, focus order, state announcements, and audible feedback for interactive actions
- Lead VPAT compliance efforts: triage and resolve related tickets, group recurring issues into epics, and clearly document Slack’s compliance posture
- Plan and run accessibility testing across major features and partner with QA vendors on regression testing
