## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of commercial credit underwriting experience, experience with SMBs, commercial cards, working-capital products, or fintech lending is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, repayment capacity, bank activity, and bureau or alternative data
- Sound judgment in ambiguous cases and a track record of writing concise, defensible credit recommendations
- Experience operating within credit policy, delegated authority, exception governance, and regulated or bank-partner environments
- Operational discipline and strong cross-functional communication, you care about turnaround, auditability, and explaining credit tradeoffs clearly
