You will play a crucial role in developing the fantasy experience on web, ensuring it's scalable, reliable, and fast for millions of dedicated users every day.

## What they're looking for

- An active fantasy sports player: you're in leagues each season and have opinions about how the product should work
- 5+ years of web application development experience, with React as your primary framework
- Experience building and owning a large-scale, consumer-facing application — not a series of smaller one-off projects
- A strong eye for interaction detail, with real depth in animation and gesture work on the web
- Desire to take on and own a large scale product with freedom to design and develop a best in class experience
