## About the role

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our platform is built better for MSPs. As a technical producer, you will quickly build deep domain expertise in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) and cybersecurity, learning the subtle product details and workflow innovations that make Slide faster, more secure, and decades ahead of legacy tools.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of content production experience (B2B, SaaS, Channel, or MSP experience preferred)
- Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery is a strong plus
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical domains (cybersecurity, BCDR, MSP tech) and translate them into simple, engaging content
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, direct copy
- Portfolio demonstrating technical content, product collateral (e.g., case studies, one-sheets), or multimedia projects (strongly encouraged)
- Ability to handle light design and video editing independently
