## What they're looking for

- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, professional procurement training or certification such as CPM or CPSM is preferred
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible procurement experience with a track record of accomplishments, preferably including significant technology and SaaS procurement experience
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience negotiating pricing, payment terms, SLAs, renewal provisions, and other contractual terms
- Experience developing and improving procurement processes, policies, controls, and supporting technology in a growing organization
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functional areas and with external suppliers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with demonstrated success in a collaborative, fast-growing environment and a high degree of motivation, responsibility, and flexibility
