## About the role

Smartsheet is seeking a proactive, collaborative Partner Enablement Manager to execute the AMER partner enablement program, supporting partner success and capabilities throughout their entire journey with Smartsheet. In this role, you will help craft and deliver training, certification, communications, and enablement content; facilitate partner development; and help partners build the skills needed to succeed in our program.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in a technical field such as training, customer success, technical support, or similar roles
- Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B Software
- Passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and desire to deeply understand Smartsheet's benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth technology environment
- High motivation and self-starter mentality, excellent at follow-up and delivering within defined timelines
