## About the role

As SnapMagic scales, the most valuable thing we can protect is our leadership team's time and focus. This role exists to create leverage for the CEO and the company. You'll take on the nitty-gritty work that keeps the company moving, and you'll build the systems, workflows, and AI automations that make the whole team faster. You'll sit at the center of the company, working directly with the CEO and across every function to identify what's slowing us down and fix it.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or similar generalist role, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Demonstrated experience building automations, workflows, or AI-enabled processes that measurably saved time or improved output
- Extreme attention to detail and a high bar for quality
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new domains quickly
- Bias toward action. You'd rather ship a first version than write a plan about it
- Fluency and speed with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
